Hidden Rivers Tours – Extra Volunteers Needed

The Sheaf and Porter Rivers Trust is hoping to restart our hugely popular Hidden Rivers Tours on weekends this August and September.

We are recruiting extra volunteers to work alongside our professional caving guides and experienced volunteers on the tours. Duties may include general safety, talking to people, providing basic explanation and sometimes physically assisting guests in certain situations. No particular skill or strength required but you do need to be reasonably fit and agile yourself. Volunteers will receive training. We would expect you to sign up for at least two days volunteering over the summer.

Of course like everything at the moment this assumes that the relaxation of rules on social gatherings continues and doesn’t get reversed.
